Returns

You may return your purchase within thirty (30) days of receipt of the products purchased on www.HomeEssentialsDepot.com

Simply send an e-mail to returns@homeessentialsdepot.com with invoice number and you intentions and an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) and return instructions will be provided to you. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Once the product has been received in good condition, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. A 20% restocking fee may be charged to the customer.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, as they are assessed by a third shipping party (ie: USPS, UPS, FED-EX) and not Home Essentials Depot. You will be responsible for freight and insurance on returned items. Items that may not qualify for a refund include items returned in an un-sellable condition, items not in original packaging, any used items (items with signs of wear and tear), items with missing parts, items that have been altered and/or modified, items returned more than 30 days after time of purchase. If a refund is requested, please obtain a Return Authorization for instructions to send the product back.

Please be advised that there would be a 20 percent restocking fee that would be applied for any return other than returns due to defect or damage. Also, please make sure you include the packing slip/invoice when returning the product.

Items must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Please DO NOT put shipping label on the manufacturer's packaging We recommend that you keep the original packaging for 30 days before disposing of it


All return are subject for inspection and credit will be issued after the products have been received and inspected. Please allow 3-5 business days to process returns after delivery.


All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number provided by our customer service team.


Return on own clause: If a customer wishes to return their order, they may do so without penalty unless the return is considered "buyers remorse." Buyers remorse refers a return to where there was no wrongdoing on behalf of the seller, customer who has returned, refused delivery, or returns a damaged item without a Return Authorization. This penalty includes non refundable shipping charges and a restocking fee of no more than 20%. Please be advised that there would be a 20 percent restocking fee that would be applied for any return other than returns due to defect or damage. Also, please make sure you include the packing slip/invoice when returning the product.


Returns that are requested due to no longer wanted, label fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.


if order returned back to us due to bad address/phone or failure to schedule delivery with carrier deduction of return shipping in addition to 20% restocking fee will take place.


Please email us return tracking to expedite refund process.

Replacement

In case, you receive wrong or damaged product, simply email us the pictures showing the damage at returns@homeessentialsdepot.com and an exchange request will be processed. The tracking update will be provided when the replacement is shipped out along with instructions for the damaged piece.

Shipping

Shipping is free, it’s that simple!!. There are no surprises, what you see is what you pay. Please check the handling times associated with product you purchase so you know the expected arrival time.

** Free shipping only applies to the lower 48 states.

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS, Fedex and USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

We use third-party carriers to ship our products. Therefore, once an order is processed and a parcel has left our care, we have no control over its delivery.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Some Hawaii shipments are limited.

Freight shipping inside delivery and lift gate service are not included and will inccur addtioinal charges.

UPS Ground: Allow 2-5 business days for delivery. No Saturday delivery.
UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed in 3 business days. No Saturday delivery.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Guaranteed in 2 business days. No Saturday delivery.
UPS Next Day Air Saver: Guaranteed by end of next business day. Orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m, MST. No Saturday delivery.

FEDEX

FedEx Ground: Allow 2-5 business days for delivery. Delivery Tuesday - Saturday (No Monday Delivery).
FedEx 3 Day: Guaranteed in 3 business days. No Saturday delivery.
FedEx Economy Second Day: Guaranteed in 2 business days. No Saturday delivery.
FedEx Standard Overnight: Guaranteed by end of next business day. Orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m, MST. No Saturday delivery.

No Delivery on National Holidays
UPS and FedEx do not deliver on national holidays such as the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day just to name a few. If a national holiday is between your order date and the anticipated arrival date of your package, please expect your package a day later. For questions regarding your expected date of arrival, please give us a call.

Saturday or Sunday Delivery
UPS and FedEx Express (Not FedEx Home) do not guarantee delivery on Saturday or Sunday and are not included in transit time calculation. A package shipped Next Day Air on Friday would be delivered the next business day, Monday. The same goes for 2 Day Air: a packaged shipped on Thursday would be delivered on Monday.
